First National Prize, The Biennial of Fine Arts.
Romanian Institute of Architects, Bucharest, Romania (1982).
This tapestry was designed and hand-dyed by Dan Tarnoveanu
and woven at the Institute of Fine Arts in Bucharest.
The technique used was haute lisse, which means that the tapestry
was woven on a vertical loom. Vertical looms were probabably
the first to be invented.
